Pausing in the pasture...the first day.

Today, I decided to pause, ponder, and post. What the heck, I've paused long enough on my passion for this topic and today was the day to start designing the website and blog for pasturepause.com.

I think...my plan for pasturepause is to use it as a bouncing off point for different types of mind, body, and spirit teaching-learning experiences I facilitate with folks. It is exciting to think about all the possibilities! I can hardly walk away from the computer, since there are so many fun things to do with the website; however, I must get outside with the animals and onto the pasture where I do some of best thinking!
