Clarity.

Clarity. This is a word that keeps showing up on my path, so I thought I would spend some time with it today. The definition of clarity is...the quality or state of being clear; freedom from indistinctness or ambiguity OR the state/quality of being clear or transparent to the senses.

Sitting here with the definition of clarity, I think this is what it is trying to tell me in terms of relationships. I am coming to understand that being transparent, direct, and/or clear in relationships is sometimes a good thing and then sometimes it is best to sit in contentment (another favorite word). Ah...the joy of clarity...and at 50, no less!

From a young age, I have been direct & quick in dealing with tasks/situations. I learned this from the women in my life - my grandmothers, mother, and aunts move(d) quickly & easily ease from one task to the next - I like moving about this world at this pace. I am better understanding how to PAUSE & appreciate observing movement, instead of BEING the movement - what CLARITY!

The pasturepause lesson for today...May your heart space open to being in the light of clarity…it feels good, maybe just watch the speed of it....Oh Clarity, it is sweet within my soul.
